Who is Synergic


Synergic is a Los Angeles-based bookkeeping and accounting company which provides one-stop professional services, including bookkeeping, accounting, and business services for small business owners. We adopt the latest technology to serve our clients and attend to their business needs. Synergic offers a low, flat monthly rate and discounted annual rates. Your monthly financials are prepared by the 8th of the following month.




What does our plans include?


We offer six, flat-rate packages to choose from. Each package offers weekly bookkeeping, management of QuickBooks, Monthly Profit and Loss, Monthly Balance Sheet and Monthly Cash Flow Statements. Who is our service for?


Our services are tailored for small businesses. Placing clients' needs at our forefront is our mission at Synergic. Our passion is to help small business owners manage their bookkeeping and accounting chores so that they can focus on doing what matters to them most - their businesses.




When will you bill me?


Our clients are billed on the first day of the month for services provided for that month.




Can I change my plan at any time?


Yes. To change your plan, simply send us an email. The modified plan takes effect on the first of the following month.




Do you file personal tax returns?


We partner with CPAs that we trust to file your personal tax returns. Please refer to our pricing page for more.




What if I need to hand you my cash receipts?


Clients' needs are important to us. Just contact us and we are happy to offer tailored solutions to your individual needs.





How different is Synergic from other bookkeeping companies?


Our prices are among the most competitive in the market and we do not compromise on quality. Your dedicated bookkeeper is at your service all year-round. We place high respect on our customers who are busy business owners with a hectic schedule.




What is included in the free trial?


Our free trial is available when you sign up for the annual packages. It includes a calendar month's of QuickBooks management, production of Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement.




What documents do you need from me?


After you have contacted us, we'll schedule a short, 15-minute onboarding call within a day. We'll need your year-to-date financials, or we can discuss catch-up work if needed. Please visit our How It Works page for more info.




How may I reach my dedicated bookkeeping team?


Your team can be reached by phone, email or text. We understand small business owners are short on time, at Synergic we communicate via a method which is most convenient for you.




Can I cancel at anytime?


Yes. We're sorry to see you go, but understand business circumstances might change. There are no contracts with us. When canceling, services will be provided up to the last day of that month. To cancel, simply email us.




What are catch-up services?


It is not uncommon that small business owners wear many hats. Books might be behind and this is totally understandable. Synergic provides peace of mind by catching you up quickly on bookkeeping and tax returns. Leave the catch-up work to our team to get you out of the past and looking ahead.




Is the package fee deductible?


Yes. Professional services fees are 100% tax deductible.




What are tax-ready financials?


Tax-ready financials are financials which give you a clear picture of your tax liabilities and potential tax savings throughout the year. At Synergic, we keep your financials tax-ready from day one, thus giving you clarity of what lies ahead so that you can grab the potential business opportunities.
